Was established with that goal in mind. We identified an opportunity in the market and that is a really high quality farm house land that is legally secure, fairly priced and built by someone who actually delivers. So we built it. Located on Barki Japan Road, our community is our answer to years of watching buyers get disappointed by projects that overpromised and underdelivered.
